If you are a consumer, you can withdraw within 14 days of subscribing, as described in our terms of sale. Otherwise, periods already started are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
Videos are stored in the European Union and processed in France. You can disconnect a platform, delete your videos, close your account or ask us to delete your data at any time. See our data deletion page.
