Inktaro is a service published by Maxime Folio, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel, EI, micro-entrepreneur), under the trade name Makessyme. Full details are in the legal notice. Contact: contact@inktaro.com.
These terms apply to the inktaro.com website and to the Inktaro app, including during the beta. By creating an account or using Inktaro, you accept them. Paid subscriptions are also governed by our terms of sale.
Inktaro lets you upload a vertical video once and publish it to the accounts you connect on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook, with a status for each platform. Inktaro only uses the official APIs of these platforms. Features and supported platforms may change over time.
Inktaro is in early access. It may contain bugs, change without notice or be temporarily unavailable. Until a platform has approved Inktaro, publishing there may be limited, for example to private videos. The current status of each platform is shown on our website and in the app.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to give accurate information, keep your login details secure and tell us right away if you think your account has been used without your permission. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
You connect your TikTok, YouTube, Instagram or Facebook accounts through each platform's official login. You authorize Inktaro to publish on your behalf only the content you choose, on the accounts you choose. You can disconnect an account at any time from Inktaro or from the platform itself.
You remain bound by the rules of each platform you publish to: the YouTube Terms of Service, the TikTok Terms of Service and the terms of Meta for Facebook and Instagram. By connecting a YouTube account, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. When you publish to YouTube, you confirm that your content complies with the YouTube Community Guidelines.
Each platform decides on its own whether to accept, distribute, restrict or remove content. Inktaro has no control over these decisions or over the reach of your videos.
You keep all rights to your videos, captions and other content. You grant Inktaro a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, convert when needed and send your content to the platforms you select, only to provide the service. This license ends when the content is deleted from Inktaro.
You guarantee that you hold all the rights needed to publish your content, including music, images and people who appear in it. You are responsible for the declarations you make when publishing, such as content made for kids, AI-generated content, paid partnerships or promotion of your own business.
You must not use Inktaro to publish illegal, hateful, violent or infringing content, to copy or republish content taken from other people's accounts or from other platforms without the rights to do so, to send spam, to get around platform limits or rules, to access Inktaro by automated means other than those we provide, to disrupt the service, or to resell it without our written agreement.
On the Free plan, video files are not stored long term: they are deleted once every platform has finished processing them, and at the latest 7 days after the post's last activity, or 48 hours for a draft that was never published. Your posts, links, statistics and thumbnails remain, except where a platform requires us to delete the data we obtained from it when you disconnect your account or revoke our access, as described in our privacy policy. On paid plans, the videos you keep in your library count toward your storage quota.
Inktaro is not a backup service. Always keep your own copy of your videos.
We do our best to keep Inktaro available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Inktaro depends on third-party platforms whose APIs, limits and rules can change at any time and may temporarily prevent or delay publishing.
To the extent permitted by law, Inktaro is not liable for indirect damage, for loss of content you did not keep a copy of, or for decisions made by the platforms. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under applicable law, or our liability where it cannot legally be limited.
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, after informing you when possible. When an account is closed, your data is deleted as described in our privacy policy.
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using Inktaro after that date, the new terms apply.
These terms are governed by French law. If you have a problem, write to us first at contact@inktaro.com. If you are a consumer, you can also use the consumer mediation service described in our terms of sale, and you keep the right to go to court. These terms exist in French and English; the French version prevails.
